At Massage Green Spa, we pride ourselves on providing massage and facial therapy services at one of the most affordable levels throughout the country with a “luxury that everyone can afford”. We are confident that our comforting staff, technically sound massage therapists and green friendly environment will make your first visit a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

WELCOME – Our Massage Green Spa front desk staff will begin your relaxing experience with the warmest of welcomes. Prior to your appointment, you will be asked to complete a brief intake survey where you complete your contact information, indicate any past massage experiences, professional medical history, injuries and other conditions that your therapist should know prior to your session.

Your certified massage therapist will review your intake form with you in the effort to comprehend the purpose of your visit. Specific areas that need to be addressed due to pain or any other physical conditions will be determined and focused on (or avoided) during your session.

Massage Green Spa welcomes clientele of all ages. If you or one of your guests happens to be a minor (under the age of 18), this person must be booked with a therapist of the same gender and also have a written permission release form by parent or legal guardian allowing Message Green Spa to legally perform service. If consent has not been given by his/hers appointment time, we will gladly reschedule the session for a later time to ensure such release has been granted.

In an effort to fully enjoy your Massage Green Spa experience, we recommend that you arrive at your spa location at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session. For added convenience, you may choose to download and complete your client intake form now by simply clicking on the link.

BEGIN YOUR SESSION – Your certified massage therapist will escort you to your treatment room where we provide a clean and inviting green environment. Your therapist will leave the room while you disrobe to your comfort level. Once disrobed, you will need to lie on the massage table, under the top sheet. Your massage therapist will give you a few minutes for this process and will knock on the door to ask if you are ready before entering your room.

You will always be draped with the top sheet during your massage session and an additional blanket is available at your request. You massage therapist will only uncover the part of the body they are working on – never exposing any sensitive areas.

Our massage tables are padded and heated to your preference. Unless you request otherwise, serene music will be playing in the background without any distractions.

EXPERIENCE – In efforts to provide the highest level of comfort during your session, our therapists will ask you about the level of pressure, methods or strokes they are applying. Your specific needs or requests are important to us. Therefore, your therapist will customize your full-body massage (for general relaxation and stress reduction) or focus on the specific target areas of your body that you have requested.

Our therapists are trained professionals and understand that conversation during massage sessions vary with each individual client. We encourage that you do what feels best for you and we will follow your lead.

CONCLUSION – Once your session has ended, your therapist will leave the room so you may re-dress. Your therapist will wait outside the room for you with a refreshing cup of water and escort you back to the lobby when you are ready.

Please be aware that our massage therapy sessions vary from 1-hour to 1 ½ hour to 2 hours in length. Each session includes a 5 minute consultation with your certified massage therapist and 5 minutes to undress and re-dress at the conclusion of your appointment.

We look forward to seeing you for your first visit. If you have any questions, please speak to one of our knowledgeable members of our service team who will be happy to answer them for you.

We highly recommend that you drink plenty of water to get rid of those minerals released during your treatment while rehydrating your muscles.
